All agreements between our organization and the buyer must be confirmed in writing and transmitted electronically.

Our Terms of Payment shall govern all subsequent transactions with the buyer. Payments may be processed through the Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) payment systems.

Under the T/T payment system, all clients must remit a deposit of 30% of the invoice amount to activate their order. An additional payment of 30% is to be made upon receipt of booking confirmation and draft copies of the shipping documents. The remaining balance of 40% shall be payable upon the shipment’s arrival at the designated destination port.

Concerning the SBLC payment system, this method will only be accepted when the total value of the client’s purchase order exceeds one million euros or USD. In such cases, we shall fully comply with the SBLC payment terms and adhere to the necessary standard procedures to obtain the SBLC SWIFT prior to the commencement of shipment.
