“Mint” is the common name for the 25-30 species of the Mentha genus, which belongs to the Lamiaceae family and can be found worldwide. Poland is highly suitable for mint production in terms of climate and soil conditions. They typically bloom between July and August, producing mint-scented leaves rich in essential oils.
